Introduction
Provincia Australia has had a history as a province for nearly as long as Nova Roma has been in existence. The first records of provincial activity come with the appointment of a governor in MMDCCLIII a.u.c. The Province experienced a resurgence of activity in MMDCCLXXII a.u.c. with several new citizens registering in Nova Roma over the following months.
Provincia Australia began to grow again after the victory over the illegal dictatorship and Coup d’état of Caesar and Sulla. Their damaging illegal policies have since been voided and have been archived.
Below, you will find a chronological history of all events and notable announcements that directly affected Provincia Australia and her citizens. Included for each year are: the executive appointments for the province; notable citizen achievements; relevant Senatus consultum, edicta and new leges; as well as other notable events. If you find a piece of our history is missing, please contact the Consilium Provinciae.
