Gaius Iulius Iulianus

C. Iulius Iulianus is citizen of Nova Roma since a.d. VI Id. Sext. M. Octavio L. Sulla (II) cos. MMDCCLV a.u.c.. He was an inspiration for the founders of Nova Roma and therefore he is regarded as one of our most respected citizens.

M. Cassius Iulianus, pater patriae, wrote about C. Iulius, a.d. V Kal. Mar. K. Buteone T. Labieno cos. MMDCCLVI a.u.c.:

"Gaius Iulius is in part responsible for the creation of Nova Roma. He was the first "Roman" that Germanicus or myself had ever heard from, and we met through his now-defunct organization, the "Sodalicium Romanum." There is no one more dedicated to Rome than Gaius.[1] "
