The Senate, mindful of its duty to safeguard the traditions and public life of Nova Roma, and recognizing the value of coordinated presence at festivals and events for recruitment, visibility, and cooperation with Roman communities worldwide, decrees:

I. That a calendar of the principal public events and conventions of Nova Roma shall be prepared and published each year, no later than the Kalends of January, for the knowledge of all citizens.

II. That this calendar shall distinguish those events which are endorsed as official main events of Nova Roma, particularly those in which citizen participation advances recruitment, visibility, and cooperation with Roman reenactment and cultural groups internationally.

III. That censor C. Petronius Stephanus Turpilianus, in his capacity as praeco editor Kalendarii Diurnalis, shall oversee the preparation and maintenance of this calendar, under the supervision, direction and authority of the aediles and the collegium pontificum, and any other officials as appropriate. The title of the praeco is hereby extended as praeco editor Kalendarii Diurnalis et Kalendarii Conventuum Publicorum

IV. That all citizens who are aware of major upcoming festivals or events of relevance to Nova Roma shall report them to the praeco editor Kalendarii Diurnalis et Kalendarii Conventuum Publicorum, who, after verifying the relevant information, shall add them to the official calendar.

V. That the Senate encourages, where feasible, the development of modern tools (including a mobile application) to facilitate easy access to this calendar for all citizens and participants.
