Simple steps for voting

  1. Carefully check the schedule below for your correct voting times and comitia.
  2. Go to your Album Civium page.
  3. Click on "get vote code...".
  4. Make a note of your Voter Code. You will need it if there are problems with your vote.
  5. Click on the "go vote" button.
  6. Cast your ballots.

On a.d. X Kal. Oct. , Consul Gaius Fabius Buteo Modianus called for candidates for magistracies for the year MMDCCLX. The following day, Tribune Marcus Moravius Piscinus Horatianus called for candidates for Plebeian offices.

Voting in Comitia Centuriata

Gaius Fabius Buteo Modianus Consul Omnibus SPD

The Comitia Centuriata will assemble to vote for the ordinary Centuriate magistracies for calendar year 2760 auc.

The Contio will begin at 6:00 PM, Roma time (Central European Time), on 27 Oct. and will last until 5:59 PM, Roma time, on 31 Oct. Voting will then commence according to this schedule:

During the Contio the diribitores need to select and announce the Centuria Praerogativa.


  • 6:00 PM, 03 November: Voting by the Centuria Praerogativa *only* begins.
  • 6:00 PM, 04 November: Diribitores capture tally of Centuria Praerogativa.
  • 6:00 PM, 05 November: Voting by all First Class centuries now permitted.
  • 6:00 PM, 07 November: Diribitores capture tally of all First Class centuries.
  • 6:00 PM, 08 November: Voting by all centuries now permitted.
  • 6:00 PM, 12 November: Voting ends.

The diribitores shall provide reports of the progress of the voting in accordance with the provisions of the LEX FABIA DE RATIONE COMITIORUM CENTURIATORUM.

The Centuria Praerogativa for the upcoming election will be XIII (13).

Once the voting in the Comitia opens, please follow the voting schedule as set forth: the Centuria Praerogativa starts things off, then the Centuries of the First Class (I - XV) join in and then the voting opens up to all.

This will help your Diribitors get the vote counted in a manner more sure to bring a quick, accurate report once the Cista are closed.

Voting in Comitia Populi Tributa

Gaius Fabius Buteo Modianus Consul Omnibus SPD

The Comitia Populi Tributa is called to vote for the Tribal magistrates for calendar year 2760 auc.

The Contio will begin at 6:00 PM, Roma time (Central European Time), on 27 Oct. and will last until 5:59 PM, Roma time, on 31 Oct. Voting will then commence at 6:00 PM (CET) on 03 November and will end at 6:00 PM (CET) on 12 November 2006.

The presidium (the first tribe to be counted) shall be Tribe XXII: Maecia.

Voting in Comitia Plebis Tributa

Tribunus Plebis Marcus Arminius Maior Omnibus SPD

The Comitia Plebis Tributa is hereby convened to elect the Plebeian magistates for the year 2760 auc (2007 CE).

The Contio will begin at 12h01, Time of Rome, on 27 Oct, and will last until 12h01 (Roma time) on 30 Oct. Voting will then begin immediately and will last until 05 Nov., 18h00.

The schedule for the contio and vote is as follows:

  • 27 Oct, contio begins at 12:01;
  • 30 Oct, contio ends, voting begins at 12:01;
  • 04 Nov, voting ends at 18h00.

In order to synchronize the election in all the Comitiae, the Comitia Plebis Tributa is rescheduled.

The voting will commence on 03 Nov., at 06h00 PM (Time of Rome), and will end on 12 Nov., at 06h00 PM .
