The Senate, in order to ensure full transparency, proper administration, and that the promises and obligations of the unification with the Canadian Roman Republic Organization are honored, decrees:

I. That the curator rei informaticae, together with any other officials possessing relevant knowledge or authority, shall provide to the Senate a detailed report on the status of all assets, properties, intellectual property, domains, hosting accounts, membership integration, and financial obligations arising from the merger with the Canadian Roman Republic Organization.

II. That this report shall include whether all expected assets have been transferred or are in management, what condition they are in, what revenues or liabilities are associated with them, and what further steps are required to fully integrate them into Nova Roma’s infrastructure.

III. That, upon confirmation that the Canadian Roman Republic Organization has fulfilled its obligations under the merger agreement, Nova Roma shall proceed with its reciprocal obligations, including the review and approval of magisterial and religious appointments arising from the said merger, in accordance with the Constitution and laws of Nova Roma.

IV. That this report shall be submitted no later than the Kalends of August, year MMDCCLXXIX a.u.c. (2779 A.U.C., 2026 CE).
