The Senate of Nova Roma was convened a.d. IV Kal. Sext. ‡ K. Buteone Po. Minucia cos. ‡ MMDCCLIX a.u.c. by Consul Gaius Fabius Buteo Modianus to vote on the following items:
- Item I: Proposed Senatus Consultum de Ratione Senatus MMDCCLIX
- Item II: Proposed Senatus Consultum regarding the term Micronation MMDCCLIX
- Item III A: Proposed Senatus Consultum regarding Age Exemption for Q. Caecilius Metellus Pius Postumianus
- Item III B: Proposed Senatus Consultum regarding Age Exemption for Titus Octavius Pius Ahenobarbus
- Item IV: Proposed Senatus Consultum regarding Appius Claudius Priscus MMDCCLIX
