I would like to nominate Magnus Hadrianus Ingmarius Cogitatus Thuleus (whew!), our newest Citizen and first so far in Europe, to the position of Proconsul of the Provincia of Thule. The Provincia would include the modern nations of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Thuleus would be, in effect, our point man in Europe for the time being.

I'd like to put this appointment on a "fast track" since he has been waiting patiently for his snailmail application to travel here from Sweden.
