Senatus Consultum XIII: Appointment of Q. Claudia Lucentia Aprica as Proconsul of Britannia Provincia

I would at this time also ask that the Senate appoint another new Citizen, Q. Claudia Lucentia Aprica, as governor of Brittania. She is our first citizen from that country, and has expressed a great deal of enthusiasm for Nova Roma as an organization. I have broached the subject to her, and she has said she was definitely interested.
