Sextus Lucilius Tutor

Sex. Lucilius Tutor censor is one of the two censores. He served the res publica as praetor, vice-president of the republic M. Pompeio Sex. Lucilio cos. MMDCCLXVIII a.u.c., but due to the lack of candidates (the collegiate consulship missed one of the consules), he offered himself to run for consulship, and served as consul, president, for the remainder of that year. During his praetorship, Sex. Lucilius and his colleague reintroduced multilingualism, the free use of languages other than English, to the Nova Roman mailing list forum, with special emphasis on the support of the free use of Latin. As part of his praetorial projects, he organized the Ludi Apollinares of the year M. Pompeio Sex. Lucilio cos. MMDCCLXVIII a.u.c..

He lives in Civitas Boihaemum within Regio Marcomannia.

He is the author and owner of the Czech Portál Antika, an extensive online publication about ancient Roman and Greek antiquities.
