The citizen known as Appius Claudius Priscus has misrepresented Nova Roma to the government of the United States. He has utilized the web e-mail feature on the Nova Roma website to send hundreds of e-mails to citizens promoting his agenda. He has subsequently used the e-mail feature on the Nova Roma main list to promote his agenda, even after a Praetorian Edict indicating he shall not use the e-mail list to contact list members. The Senate of Nova Roma recognizes Appius Claudius Priscus as a potential threat to Nova Roma and declares him "inimicus," an enemy of Nova Roma.
