SENATUS CONSULTUM ON THE PROCESS FOR ASSESSING THE ANNUAL TAX FOR NEW OR RETURNING CITIZENS
I. If a person has become a citizen of Nova Roma less than twelve months before the date that they wish to pay the annual tax, and they have not yet been assigned a century by the censors, then that person shall be automatically assessed as being a member of class 5.
II. The process for granting assidui status to a person who previously resigned Nova Roman citizenship and who now wishes to rejoin Nova Roma with assidui status shall be the same as the process in the SENATUS CONSULTUM ON THE PROCESS FOR CONVERTING CAPITE CENSI CITIZENS TO ASSIDUI CITIZENS.
