Quintus Suetonius Paulinus became a citizen of Nova Roma, July 10, 2002. Immediately he first served as scribe to Manius Constantinus Serapio building the Africa Septentronalis site. Following this, he was appointed Legate to Quintus Sertorius, Propraetor of Canada Occidentalis and Accensus to Consul Astur in 2004. The Senate Of Nova Roma, in 2004, appointed Paulinus as Propraetor Of Canada Occidentalis after Propraetor Quintus Sertorius was called away for macronational military duties overseas.

In 2005, Propraetor Quintus Suetonius Paulinus was elected Quaestor. He also serves as an officer in the Egressus Sodalista. On December 31, 2005 he was appointed to the Senate of Nova Roma by Censors Gnaeus Equitius Marinus and Caeso Fabius Quintilianus thus becoming the first Senator from Canada Occidentalis.

In his marcronational life, Quintus Suetonius Paulinus works as a geologist in the oil industry. He always has had a great interest in ancient history and many cultures. With his Mexican born wife Beatriz, he is very active in the Latin American community and both have a passion for the promotion of Ancient Rome.
