The following rights of the citizens who have reached the age of 18 are guaranteed by the Constitution, but this enumeration cannot be taken to exclude other rights that citizens may possess:

Members of the Nova Roma, Inc. are citizens of the Nova Roman Republic. The Constitution of Nova Roma defines the ways of obtaining and loosing citizenship:
