Salve, amice! Please note that the plural of regio is regiones. It's third declension, take a look at how third declension works: here! As a useful aid, I also recommend visiting this article about Latin plural nominatives. I ask you to create a new category with the correct form, and please place all articles to the good category. After you finished it, send me a note and I delete the wrong category. Attention: in an English category there can be only English articles. See this edict.
