Minor points

Under "legatus pro praetore", should "ad" be "ab"? If not, I suggest that a starting date as well as a final date should be given.

Also, the text here appears in some places to be entirely in Latin and in others to be in English using Latin only for titles, dates, and other familiar formulae. Perhaps this should be tidied up one way or the other?
