This means that all translations should be added to that template only. Individual single-language templates are now obsolete. After all, a chage in language should change ALL the content, but placing content above the language bar seems to imply the the above-the-bar content will be immune from change. [[User:M. 		+	::I think we should consider this a transitional state; what we want to do is get away from the "default mediawiki installation except the background is different" look.
