Annaeus Constantinus Placidus, hereby officially edict, declare, proclaim and announce the Census of the Nova Roman People of the Quirites and the Nova Roman Republic completed and closed. The Nova Roman People, all of our citizens who registered on the census, have been ritually purified and lustrated and renewed for a new period in this 25th year of Nova Roma, and propitious blessings from the gods immortal of the Roman people are now being received for the lives of our citizens and for new works in our mission to restore the Roman nation, state and culture. The results of the census of the Nova Roman People is the following: at the moment of the closing of the census, there are 739 citizens registered in the census, and we have 5,832 Nova Roman citizens of different legal statuses in total. The number of people who have ever been citizens of Nova Roma, together with those who passed away or renounced their citizenship, is 6,173 according to the present statistics and calculations of the Censorial Office.

		+	:II.B. Before the start of the census, there were 1,107 active cives censi (census registered citizens), accumulating since the last completed census in Q. Arrio II T. Domitio III cos. (2020).

The total number of Nova Roman citizens (census registered, active citizens, and unregistered, disappeared citizens) is 5,832, out of which number 739 are currently registered good standing citizens, and 3,561 failed to answer this or any of the past censuses of Nova Roma. Out of the current 5,060 unregistered citizens, the number of those formerly census registered citizens who haven’t answered the current census is 518; the others didn’t respond to previous censuses. The difference (589) between the number of active citizens at the start of the census (1,107) and the number of those who have disappeared during this census (518) is the number who are continuing their active status since the last census. The surplus difference (150) between them, and the final list of citizens registered on the census (739) comes from the combined number of new citizens who joined Nova Roma since the start of the census (including 38 citizens acquired by the incorporation of the Municipium Res Publica Canadana Romana Internationalis) and returning disappeared citizens who were not registered before this census (who failed to register on previous censuses) but who returned now hearing the call to register on the census.

At the moment of the closing of the census, the number of all citizenship applications that the Censorial Office has ever received for Nova Roman citizenship is 17,119, out of which 10,890 are kept among the records of the Censorial Database of the Album Civium. A percentage of these 17,119 applications were repeated applications by the same applicants. There have been, according to the statistics and calculations of the Censorial Office, which are part based on hypotheses as many censorial records and decisions of policy from the first years of Nova Roma are no longer available, at least 11,169, but possibly any mount between 11,169 and 15,919) individual applicants for citizenship have been made since the founding of Nova Roma. 4,996 of all applicants have never completed their process of obtaining citizenship. 6,229 rejected or duplicate applications were deleted by the previous administrations.
