LEX VEDIA DE MAGISTRATVVM AETATEParagraph VI. of the Lex Iunia de Magistratuum Aetate is hereby amended to read as follows: An exemption to this law may be granted to a person by the approval of both censors and a senatus consultum approved by a two-thirds majority vote. Such an exemption must be sought prior to the official start of the election in question, and must be granted in order to participate as a formal candidate in the election process.
