Iunius Palladius concerning the guidelines for the Nova-Roma@yahoogroups.com list, issued on 2003-01-30 (http://novaroma.org/tabularium/edicts/praetor-2003-01-30.html), shall remain in effect until further notice. II. Last year's Praetores and their staff shall remain as moderators of the Nova-Roma@yahoogroups.com list until 2004-01-10 in order to insure a smooth transition. III.
