As legally-appointed Dictator, I hereby alter that requirement (that oaths must be
posted on both the official email list and message board). The oath of office may
henceforth be issued in any officially-sanctioned Nova Roma forum in front of three or
more witnesses (such as the email list, the message board, a public event, etc.).
