Nova Roma's Tabularium includes the Law texts applicable to and inside Nova Roma. Unlike the ancient roman Tabularium, Nova Roma's tabularium will contain all Nova Roman legal texts, whatever the constitutional power which has created and/or validated them. Nova Roma's tabularium is thus composed not only of the laws adopted by the comitia, the assemblies of Nova Roma, but also of senatus consulta, pontifical decrees and magisterial edicts. It also provides the plebeian legal texts, as well as the other ones.
The Index materiarum is organized by general subjects.
During the current work on this new Tabularium, you can still find Nova Roman laws directly in:
- the Constitution
- the list of leges
- the "old tabularium"
- the Codex Juris Novae Romae Nova Roman Law Handbook
