Praefectus regionis (Nova Roma)

Praefectus regionis: The prefect of a geographic political district of a provincia, holding the rank of legate, appointed by the propraetor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the appointed regio. He or she is a member of the cohors propraetoris and consilium provinciae and do not have imperium.
