On this day dedicated to Ceres, Goddess of Agriculture and Patroness of the Plebeian Class, this auspicious day, I come to her Aedes to announce my candidacy to the tribuneship.
You know all as I´ve beeing very active on NR, citizen to almost 2 years, and made many deeds on the Aedilship and Quaestorship, as Interpreter and Scriba of many magistrates. With Concordia and hubleness, I´ve been magistrate, and tried to put much honor as possible on the cursus honorum.
Although eloquence is admired, much words are not the soul of any magistracy. My speech is brevis, like vita.
Your votes, quirites, you know all I beg and will beg more and more. So I stand to the gods. To Iove Indigete, Concordia, Pax, Salus Publica, queen Minerva, father Iano ... and to her, our patroness, goddess celebrated today. And to Ceres I raise my prayers. As she shined me on the aedilship all time, may she concede me wisdow and fides to make a good tribuneship.
