Today I, Gaius Vipsanius Agrippa, come before the People of Nova Roma to announce my candidacy for the office of Quaestor. I know that I am quite unknown compared to many of the other candidates but I believe that it is time for me to become more involved in our Republic. I have been a citizen for almost three years and have enjoyed every moment of my time here.
I have been the webmaster for the province of Canada Occidentalis since the inception of the site and I also pay for the hosting with my own money. Our province is small but growing, as evidenced by the acceptance of Legio XXI from Calgary as a sponsored legion. If I am elected, I promise to dedicate myself to my office and to the People of Nova Roma. I ask that you put your trust in me. I shall not let you down.
